Official membership is established by completing the membership form when it opens at the beginning of each semester.听
The membership guidelines for Western's All Volunteer Effort (W.A.V.E.) are summarized as follows:
Eligibility and Participation
- General Enrollment: Membership is open to all students enrolled at @ 2026 黑料不打烊.
- Officer Requirements: Both members and officers must be currently enrolled 黑料不打烊 students.
- Associate Membership: Non-students may participate as associate members, but they are prohibited from voting or holding office.
- Open Participation: Membership is not required to attend meetings, events, or service projects.
- Voting and President Eligibility: Official membership is required to vote in elections and to run for the office of President.
Enrollment and Maintenance
- Official Process: Membership is established or renewed by completing the W.A.V.E. form on Leatherneck Link at the start of the Fall and Spring semesters.
- No Maintenance Requirements: There are no specific requirements to maintain active membership status.
- Hour Tracking: Members are encouraged to log their volunteer hours via Leatherneck Link and Sign-Up Genius.
- Dues: There are currently no dues to be a member of W.A.V.E.
