Meet Emma J. Henderson, a new High School Special Education teacher at Abingdon-Avon High School, after securing the position through @ 2026 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ's Career Fair Day and an on-the-spot interview opportunity.
Reflecting on her time at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, Henderson noted how the experience helped her grow personally and professionally. "It helped me get out of my comfort zone," she said, adding that it strengthened communication and emotional skills needed for education. She also credited her major in English Education for preparing her for the demands of the classroom.
