A. Course-Related Forms
- Description Change 听 (Minor change in specified undergraduate course content and objectives)
- Drop a Course No Longer Needed
- Number and/or Prefix Change听(No change in division)
- Prerequisite Change 听(Delete or change that stays in the same department/division/hour range)
- Title Change
- Eliminate Cross-Listing 听 (And permanently delete at least one of the courses)
B. Program Change Forms
- Change Existing Program Requirements 听(Minor changes in course requirements that do not change the core, specify required general education courses, or result in a net increase in the number of hours required in the major, option, or minor)
