Facility Rental Packages
After Prom Package
Give students a safe, fun, and fully supervised place to celebrate after prom with our After Prom Package. This overnight rental provides access to multiple activity spaces, allowing for rotations between sports, games, social areas, and optional swimming. With plenty of room for large groups and flexible layouts, this package is ideal for schools, parent groups, and community organizations looking to host an engaging late-night event in a controlled environment.
Basic After Prom Package includes access to: Basketball Courts 1, 2, and 3, MAC Gym, Fitness Studio West, Colgate and Keeney Meeting Rooms, Upstairs Courtroom Area.

Field Trip Package
Our Field Trip Package is designed for school groups and youth organizations looking for an active, structured outing. This package offers multiple courts for organized play, free activity time, or rotating stations, along with an upstairs activity area for games or downtime. It's a great option for reward trips, camps, and educational visits.
Basic Field Trip Package includes access to: Basketball Courts 1, 2, and 3, Upstairs Courtroom Area.
EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED! The Rec Center will provide basketballs, volleyballs, badminton equipment, pickleball equipment, racquetball equipment, and ping pong equipment for your students to use. We have additional sport and activity equipment that can be made available by request.
Optional Add-Ons: MAC Gym and/or Aquatics Center (lifeguard charges apply).

The Sports Party Package is perfect for high-energy celebrations, team parties, and youth groups who want space to play and celebrate. Guests enjoy use of the full MAC Gym for games and activities, plus a private meeting room for refreshments and downtime. This flexible package works well for a wide range of ages and activity types.
Basic Sports Party Package includes access to: Entire MAC Gym (Sides A & B), One meeting room (Colgate or Keeney), equipment for multiple sports and activities, including: basketball, flag football, indoor soccer, wiffle ball, kickball, dodgeball, and ultimate frisbee.
