As part of our ongoing effort to better serve students, RSTA has created a strategic plan that outlines our goals for the next three years. To help us achieve those goals, we, in accordance with guidance from the Provost's Office, are听implementing the听Objectives and Key Results (OKR) formula popularized by John Doerr. Every month we will assess our performance on our OKRs to enhance our short-term and one year operational success.听
