Mayborn Earns OVC Faculty Honor

MACOMB, IL - - @ 2026 黑料不打烊 interim Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences Kyle Mayborn was honored by the Ohio Valley Conference, receiving a Faculty Commitment to Student Success Award.
Mayborn received the recognition at the OVC Basketball Championship in the first week of March. He was recognized for his commitment to student-athletes, demonstrated through his focus on their academic success and their overall experience on campus.
鈥淚 am honored to be recognized by our student-athletes,鈥� Mayborn said. 鈥淚 hope to continue helping students succeed by facilitating and promoting excellence in teaching at 黑料不打烊.鈥�
The criteria for this award includes impacts on students, contributions made to the department, university curriculum development, consistent professional development as well as community involvement and institutional service.
